Our Executive Committee is elected by Regular Members on a bi-annual basis and consists of 9 Regular Members. It is responsible for running the Hellenic Bankers Association UK and managing its activities. It is advised by our Chairman’s Circle.

Louis Loizou is a partner at the investment banking boutique firm Loizou & Co and the multi-family office GC Privé. He worked previously for Citigroup, Barclays Capital and Kleinwort Benson. He is a “Freeman” of the Worshipful Company of International Bankers and the City of London. He holds a BSc in Econometrics and Mathematical Economics from LSE and an MSc in Mathematical Finance from Christ Church College, University of Oxford.
Viki Fotopoulou has worked in the investment banking divisions of some of the world’s largest banks. She has studied Economics in the Athens University of Economics and has a MSc in Financial Economics from the University of Essex. She is a member of diversity networks at her employer and in the City of London. Viki believes a lot in synergies and team spirit and actively supports and promotes mentoring and charity initiatives through the networks she participates.

Mary-Irene Alexandrakis works for DVB Bank, focusing on Corporate Finance for the Shipping and Land transport industries. She has been involved in various transactions and projects, including M&A, capital markets and debt advisory to international transportation companies. Prior to DVB she held an analyst position at Citi, working in the M&A Oil & Gas Group. There, she covered Citi’s clients, including Major Oil & Gas companies, independent Exploration and Production players, Oilfield Services as well as Storage and Transportation companies.

Kelly Kalaitzakiworks at the Corporate Strategy team in the Firm Management division of Morgan Stanley. She joined Morgan Stanley in 2012 working for the Freight desk and spent almost three years in the Commodities division. She has previously worked as a Commodities Analyst in Shipping brokers and Equity Research Analyst on the buy side covering Transport. Kelly is passionate about mentoring, charity and innovation.
Greg Hadjigrigoriadis is part of the European Leveraged Finance Origination team of Credit Suisse, based in London. He joined Credit Suisse in 2015 as part of the Greece & Cyprus Investment Banking team. His previous professional experiences include internships with The Blackstone Group, Citigroup and Rothschild. He holds a BSc(Hons) in Investment and Financial Risk Management (First Class Honours) from Cass Business School and an MSc in Accounting and Finance from London School of Economics and Political Science (Merit).
