Mr Stratos Chatzigiannis,Vice Chairman-Treasurer HBA-UK

Mr. Stratos Chatzigiannis is an Investment Director at NBGI PE, and was formerly Head of Capital Markets of NBGI, as well as a former Director of Corporate Finance at EFG Private Bank.
He has 15 years of experience in the capital markets, having been involved in many major Greek capital raising activities, including shipping companies.
Mr Chatzigiannis has extensive experience in the shipping industry in structuring shipping transactions, arranging financings and capital raisings as well as in the operational cycles of the industry.
Mr Chatzigiannis holds a BSc and MSc in Accounting and Finance from the London School of Economics (LSE) and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales.
