Appointment of New Heads of the Operating Committees
The newly elected Executive Committee of the Hellenic Bankers Association UK (“HBA-UK”) is announcing the formation of its Operating Committees. The members of the new synthesis of the Executive Committee have been allocated the following distinct tasks and responsibilities:
George Katsikas - Managing Director, UBS Investment Bank: Chairman and Head of the Executive Committee
Xenofon Zacharoudis - Risk Management, BNP Paribas: Vice Chairman and Head of the Events Committee
Argyris Chatzilias - Debt Capital Advisory, Venero Capital: Head of the Development Committee
Iossif Kiouroukoglou - Managing Director, Bank of America: Head of the Management Committee
Konstantinos Kostopoulos - Director, Morgan Stanley Investment Bank: Head of the External Relations Committee
Theo Nikolaidis - Director, UBS Investment Bank: Head of the Finance and Membership Committee
Martha Pachatouridi - Fixed Income Sales, BNP Paribas: Head of the Communications Committee
The HBA-UK remains committed to further strengthening the reach of the Association as well as the collaboration among the broader Hellenic community of financiers in the United Kingdom, leveraging on the successful establishment built by the numerous well-esteemed bankers who led and formed the previous Executive Committees of the Association.
The Executive Committee would like to cordially thank all regular members who participated in the recent elections by casting their votes between the 13th and 25th April 2022, with participation hitting a record high of 80% of HBA-UK’s members base.
The HBA-UK welcomes all members interested in participating in and contributing to the Operating Committees to express their interest and ideas on how to further support the HBA-UK grow and meet its strategic objectives.
Industry gatherings and networking events currently being organised for June will be communicated in the coming weeks.
